(New) VD chain block is a new design,quality upgraded product , compared with other chain blocks, it has advantages as below:

1. Hand wheel with retainer，when the hoist chain suddenly drops to the bottom, it will not lock the sprocket and the nut.
2. The inside of the lifting sprocket contains needle bearings to cooperate with the long-axis gear, which reduces the friction between various accessories, and at the same time reduces the hand-pull force of the chain by 5%-10%.
3. The long-axis card position is more accurate, which ensures the matching clearance and contact surface of each accessory, and enhances the service life of the hoist.
4. Both gear assembly and spline gear with High-strength alloy steel (20CrMnTi) and strict heat treatment process are adopted; the number of teeth is large, the speed ratio is large, and the pulling force is lighter.
5. Left plate assembly using the chain guide plate can effectively prevent rainwater and debris from falling into the middle of the sprocket and avoid abnormal operation.
6. For hand cover,there are forward (D) and reverse marks (U) on the cover to avoid misoperation.
7. The hook is made of 20Cr alloy steel, and the hook is an embedded hook that can hook thicker objects; the cable plate is made of cast steel, which has higher strength; the hook frame adopts stamping technology.
8. Tail ring bracket assembly with double insurance stuck more stable.
9. The lower hook is a cast cable version and an embedded type, which is safer and more stable.
